By accessing and using Chimeo's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Chimeo provides push notification alerting services for schools, churches, town halls, and other community organizations. Our service allows organizations to send alerts and notifications to their members through web and mobile applications.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our service:

• To send spam, unsolicited messages, or any form of harassment
• To transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any applicable laws
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• To interfere with or disrupt our service or servers

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

We offer various subscription plans including Free, Pro, Premium, and Enterprise tiers. Billing terms are as follows:

• Free tier: No cost, limited features
• Pro and Premium tiers: Monthly or annual billing as selected
• Enterprise: Custom pricing based on specific needs
• All paid subscriptions are billed in advance
• You may cancel your subscription at any time

6. Trial Period

New organizations may be eligible for a 30-day Premium trial. The trial period begins upon approval of your organization request. If you do not select a paid plan after the trial period, your account will automatically transition to the Free tier.

8. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Chimeo and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Chimeo, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
