What's the difference between standard user accounts and organization accounts?

Standard user accounts are for individuals who want personal notifications and alerts. Organization accounts are for schools, churches, businesses, and community groups that need to send notifications to multiple people. Organization accounts require approval to ensure proper use and prevent spam.

Why do organization accounts require approval?

We require approval for organization accounts to ensure they're legitimate organizations and to prevent misuse of our notification system. This helps maintain the quality and reliability of our service for all users.

How many recipients can I have?

Free accounts support up to 10 alerts per month. Pro accounts support 100 alerts, Premium supports 500 alerts, and Enterprise has unlimited alerts.
